About Us
In Christ Ministries is a non-profit Christian ministry with the status as a 501(c)3 public charity under the United States Internal Revenue Code. It is led by our executive director, Cortez Ragland, and governed by a board of directors.
Founded in 2005, the purpose of In Christ Ministries is to address the deficit of intentional discipleship through life-on-life small groups. We encourage the leadership and members within individual churches to make intentional discipleship a priority, with the hope of growing a culture of discipleship within the church. Our goal is to see each believer invest himself or herself in becoming self-initiating, reproducing, fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
