In order for people to become self-initiating, reproducing, fully-devoted followers of Christ, In Christ Ministries believes that intentional discipleship is the key, done within the context of small groups of three or four. With this in mind, we approach local church leadership, seeking to share this vision while offering to train people on how to facilitatea small group.
